Sometimes I make things for other people! Commission me for a number of contract sewing type gigs or fiber arts workshops including:

QUILTS

  • Planning, sewing, quilting, etc.

  • Especially t-shirt quilts! I can make a special quilt from cherished old tshirts, for your partner, kid going to college, someone who has passed away.

  • Do you have an old quilt in the family you want turned into a jacket for yourself? I can do that!

CUSTOM GARMENTS, TAILORING & ALTERATIONS

  • Quilt coats and vests

  • Sequin overalls?!

  • Baby outfits

  • Costumes

  • Pants hemmed, shirts shortened, etc

  • Mending holes, patching knees!

ART! OBJECTS!

  • Have an idea for an art piece but don’t know how to construct it, or need help? I can do that!

  • I specialize in 3D sewing. I can make covers for your pool noodles, hand-dye fabric to specific colors, build a room of foam rocks, etc.

  • Slipcovers, or containers for other random objects (round pillows, chime holder)

  • Curtains

  • Hats

CUSTOM DYE WORK

  • I can dye natural fibers (wool, cotton, silk, linen) to match an existing color

  • Dye material for your own use

  • Dye pre-made garments

TEACHING / WORKSHOPS

  • Fiber arts classes for adults, children, or families
